An overturned tractor trailer is blocking the I-285 eastbound ramp to I-75 northbound in Cobb County.
This was first spotted just before 5 a.m.
Right now, a wrecker is on scene attempting to clear the road.
Drivers are being told just to use the main line of I-285 east.
