Power Restored For Over 200 Imperial Irrigation District Customers – Patch

LA QUINTA, CA — More than 200 Imperial Irrigation District customers in the La Quinta area lost power for about three hours Wednesday due to an outage of unknown origin.
The utility alerted the public at 6:28 a.m. Wednesday that 217 customers were affected by the outage.
According to the IID, power was fully restored in the area shortly after 10 a.m.
The cause of the outage was unknown.
Anybody still without electricity was urged to check their main breakers or call 800-303-7756.
The IID serves electricity to more than 150,000 customers in parts of Riverside and San Diego counties and all of Imperial County.
