Farmer's Business Network helping farmers to secure crop inputs … – Iowa Agribusiness Network

Making a crop plan and purchasing inputs for next growing season can be a difficult task.
Global supply chains were heavily disrupted during the Covid-19 pandemic, but those supply lines are making a slow recovery. In the agriculture world there are some ag inputs that are becoming more readily available says Adriano Santos, US Country Manager with Farmer’s Business Network.
As steps have been made to the supply chain recovery in recent months some crop inputs have become more accessible and at a better price point than even just a few months ago. However, Santos is urging caution about the future and says having a plan is the best way to prepare.
FBN has embraced the internet model by selling input products through an e-commerce platform. That has in turn led to a new venture from FBN that also allows you to help build your crop treatment plan while shopping.
Adriano Santos says that farmers have enjoyed FBN’s online shopping platform, and the added agronomic knowledge provided by FBN Acre Packs.
